Doreo Hosting utilizes state of the art software from Righteous Backup to backup websites every hour! Our backup software allows us to quickly make backups without affecting the performance of the servers.
What gets backed up?
- All of your web site content.
- All of your mailboxes on the server
- MySQL databases
How long are backups retained?
- 3X daily backups are retained for 3 days
- Daily backups are retained for 14 days
- Weekly backups are retained for 8 weeks
- Monthly backups are retained for 2 months
Can I restore my own files?
Currently only Doreo support staff has access to recover files. We are working to have a client interface available.
While Doreo Hosting makes ever effort to backup customers data we can not guarantee that we will be able to recover your data. It is the customers responsibility to backup their own data.
